  1. Full Name on original order

  2. Address on original order

  3. Date of Purchase

  4. Name of Marketplace or Website the order was placed

  5. Order Number or Order ID

  6. Model Number of appliance

  7. Serial Number of appliance

THE FINE PRINT

Some restrictions do apply:

  • Must be purchased from an authorized distributor

  • Must be within 1 year of purchase

  • Part must be compatible with model and serial number of appliance

  • Only valid for 1 claim

  • Replacement is only available if item is still an active SD SKU

To elaborate, we often receive duplicate support requests on various platforms (marketplace, email, social media, fax...yes, we still get faxes) which cause our agents to respond multiple times to the same issue, overlapping resources, and delaying a resolution for you. This also delays our ability to get to all customer requests in a timely manner.

We understand it can be frustrating when an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not function as expected. We can assure you we are here to help and will resolve this for you quickly.

For best results for any order-related issues, please communicate from within the marketplace in which the order originated. This keeps the order organized and often creates an easier and faster resolution. This is because marketplaces often withhold some (if not all) of your personal information for security purposes. This makes it difficult for sellers on those marketplaces to quickly resolve issues outside the marketplace.

*Warranty Exclusions

Some products are excluded from our one-year guarantee. These include, but are not limited to, fuses and filters. Filters (air, grease, water, etc.) are meant to be replaced every 3 - 6 months and cannot be warrantied. If there is an issue with your product, please contact Customer Support. Fuses (thermal, line, glass, cut-out, etc.) are meant to be indicators of a problem within the appliance. Replacing the fuse without correcting the reason for failure will likely result in an immediate failure of the new fuse. Please use caution when replacing fuses and have a professional properly diagnose the issue prior to fuse installation. Other notable exceptions are drip pans, cleaning products, light bulbs, and/or consumables that may be used regularly or completely within the first year.
